Located in Praça da Corujeira, in Porto, this residential building is home to 11 apartments that combine contemporary comfort with a close relationship with the landscape. Set next to the tree-lined square, the project takes advantage of the green surroundings, allowing natural light and the textures of the vegetation to extend into the interior of the living spaces.
The white brick façade, with its sober and elegant lines, gives character and lightness to the volume. Inside, the abundance of natural light, the visual amplitude and the careful choice of materials create serene and welcoming environments, designed to offer a living experience that values comfort and modernity.

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE COUNCIL
4 Floor Plan

Technical drawings were prepared for planning submission, including plans, sections, elevations, site plan and location plan, as well as demolition and construction drawings. The use of beige facing brick as the primary finish reinforces the architectural identity and character of the building.

Within this framework, a detailed technical assessment of the construction systems was undertaken to ensure compliance with statutory thermal performance requirements. In parallel, the proposed materials and build-ups were analysed through thermal transmittance calculations, supporting improved energy efficiency and internal thermal comfort, and ensuring an appropriate overall performance of the building.

3D INTERIOR IMAGES AND BROCHURE MATERIALS

1. ENTRANCE HALL
2. LIVING ROOM
3. KITCHEN
4. BEDROOM
4.1. 2ND BEDROOM/OFFICE
5. BATHROOM
7. BALCONY

As part of the project, I was responsible for the 3D modelling of the interiors and the production of rendered images, based on a careful selection of interior materials, in order to clearly communicate the spatial, material and lighting qualities of the apartments. These visualisations supported the exploration of layouts, finishes and atmospheres, ensuring a coherent representation of the architectural concept.
